RETURN POLICY

Returns are only available for items if they are in their original packaging and condition without being washed or worn in smoke and perfume free condition with no makeup or deodorant stains. Stella Rae’s offers returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 21 days of the order's original ship date. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Your store credit will be in the form of purchase. Website orders will receive an E-gift card via email and app orders will receive account credit.  Store credit will be available within 3 to 7 days after we receive and process the return. 

Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping.

Cancellations: Please note that our orders CANNOT be cancelled for a refund. You can process a return on the item before it ships if you would like to receive store credit for the purchase. Follow the return instructions above to do so and include the cancellation request in your return notes.

• Items purchased with a discount code/temporary sale of 30% off or more

Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Damaged or Defective items on receipt: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please request a return within 24 hours of receipt and include the issue in the return notes. If the notification occurs outside of this window, we can no longer process the return. All incorrect or damaged goods require a submitted photo to be reviewed. Please include any damaged or defective areas in the photo.

Exchanges: We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s).

Price Adjustments: We are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions/discounts. Adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated. During promotions, please make sure your discount is applied to the order total prior to completing order.

***If more than $800 of returns are made within a calendar year, all returns moving forward will be deducted 20% for a restocking/shipping/handling fee. We do our best to help you decide on the size you need before order by providing try ons during live sales and on instagram stories plus sizing suggestions in the product description of each item. Before ordering multiple sizes of one item, please ask us so we can try and help you with the fit. You can always reach out to us before ordering with any questions you may have.
